We are currently seeking a commercial employee (m/f/d) in the field of complaint management for our renowned client.

Tasks in the field of complaint management:

  • Conducting analyses of quality problems
  • Initiating and monitoring improvement measures
  • Classifying and preparing customer and supplier complaints
  • Initiating, conducting and evaluating investigations into causes of errors
  • Participating in the development of solution proposals for problem processing
  • Coordination and control of initiated measures
  • Independent handling of visits and quality discussions with customers and suppliers
  • Financial processing of complaints
  • Creating complaint statistics and similar

Professional requirements:

  • Technical further education as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
  • Alternatively, a completed engineering degree or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the automotive industry, particularly in complaint processing, is an advantage
