Glen Ridge is currently seeking a qualified educator / pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) to join our team as a group leader in our residential youth care facility.

Our organization, Florack & Skrobanek GbR, provides support and care for traumatized children and adolescents, as well as those with emotional disabilities that significantly impact their development and ability to participate in society.

We have five decentralized living groups and one family living group, and our services include both pedagogical and therapeutic support integrated into the daily lives of our young residents.

In our supervised youth housing program, we assist teenagers in their journey towards independent living.

GENERAL INFORMATION We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
