    • Position OverviewThe Engineering Quality Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining procedures and expectations for quality assurance and quality control.
    Providing leadership, review, and embodying our core values of high quality to our clientele.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage the implementation of the Project Quality Management program for all engineering operations, specifically in our FP team.
    Manage and track engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring all quality standards and deadlines are met.

    Work with the CAD/ BIM Practice Leader to develop and maintain appropriate drawing templates, drafting procedures, drawing checklists, and libraries.

    Participate in risk management processes and identify potential risks associated with engineering projects.
    Review, update, and ensure conformance with the three-tiered quality review procedure.
    Work with the Training Manager to identify training needs and develop high-quality training programs.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.10+ years' experience in fire protection engineering and quality management.
    Previous Lead/Management experience. PE License and/or high level NICET.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
    Ability to travel when needed.
