For our senior center in Pegnitz, we are looking for a motivated employee as a quality officer.


Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying internal and external audits
  • Implementation of quality assurance measures within our quality management system
  • Close collaboration with the facility management, nursing management, and central quality development department
  • Participation in ensuring highquality care in compliance with legal requirements
  • Implementation of current nursing and scientific knowledge into daily work

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in elderly care or health and nursing care
  • Ideally, professional experience in similar fields
  • Willingness to work and organizational skills
  • Enjoyment of working with older and dependent people
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and dedication
