Description

We are looking for several Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) for our location in Cologne starting in December 2023.

Your responsibilities:

Friendly, helpful and competent service for passengers on our RRX lines
Providing information to passengers about the journey and connecting trains through announcements on the train and personal inquiries
Conducting ticket checks and recording passengers without a valid ticket, selling tickets with a mobile sales device in accordance with the applicable fare and transport conditions (AVV tariff, VRR tariff, VRS tariff, VRM tariff, Westfalen tariff, NVV tariff, Germany tariff, NRW tariff)
Ensuring and maintaining safety and order on the train in accordance with the applicable house rules
Operating technical service facilities on the train and resolving minor malfunctions (in consultation with the train driver (m/f/d))
Assisting and supporting passengers with reduced mobility when boarding and disembarking
Providing assistance with luggage and bicycles, as well as lost and found items
Collaborating with the train driver (m/f/d)

Your profile:

Completed training/qualification as a customer service representative (m/f/d) in local transport
Complete proof of qualification as a safety and service specialist (m/f/d) in public transport
Certificate of competence according to §34a GewO
Complete proof of current first aid training, fire safety training and deescalation training is advantageous
Fluent in German, both
