TOWN PLANNER
Town of Lincoln, Rhode Island

• Will serve as the Administrative Officer for the Town's Planning Board and provide technical assistance and professional advice to the Board on all subdivision rules and regulations.
• Will review and evaluate all site plans, building permits, and subdivisions to determine conformance and compliance with established regulations and their overall impact on the Town's Municipal Services.
• Responsible for the development, coordination, preparation, and implementation relating to the Town's economic development initiatives and physical development strategies, such as open space and recreational planning, economic development, capital improvement planning and fiscal impact analyses.
• The Town Planner must provide technical assistance to other boards and commissions in matters related to Town's Planning and developments.

87,100- $113,230 - Competitive salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience; Excellent benefit package available - including health and dental plans, life insurance and deferred compensation pension program.
