Team Leadership:

Budget Oversight:
Manage budget planning, monitoring, and adherence to ensure effective resource allocation and financial stability.

Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures to maintain the agency's financial integrity.


Requirements:


Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.

Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team management and development.

Analytical Skills:
