You are responsible for the disciplinary and professional management of the team (2 employees)
You evaluate the technical infrastructure in terms of availability, energy efficiency, and building maintenance
You are also responsible for planning and selecting the technical infrastructure, as well as accompanying renovation and new construction measures
You are responsible for evaluating and determining testing scopes (DGUV V3, VDE tests) and carrying out and documenting them in accordance with legal requirements in coordination with all parties involved
You monitor the fire protection system and the fire alarm system in coordination with the fire protection officer
You support in organizing and monitoring the cleaning service provider as well as the lock and security service
You coordinate external service providers and check the services provided for quality, cost, and adherence to deadlines
