We are expanding our team and looking for an IT support and system administrator (m/f/d) at our location in Unterföhring. Every day, thousands of virtual servers are created on our platform. Help us become even more efficient in this work and continuously improve. Our team works both remotely throughout Germany and in our office in Munich (Unterföhring).

Your tasks

This position has been newly created to consolidate tasks that are currently distributed among other colleagues.
You are the first point of contact for our employees and ensure excellent client support. You have the right mindset and technical expertise to tackle and solve issues in a small software company with approximately 60 employees. The word "ownership" is not foreign to you.
Your extensive experience with Linux, both in installation and operation of Docker containers and backups, is essential for us. You are open to new things, have a high service orientation, and enjoy making your colleagues' lives easier by providing support and assistance with questions and problems related to client IT and tools.
What do we expect from you specifically?

You maintain and manage our office infrastructure, as well as client hardware and software, including network, access points, printers, laptops, and accessories.
