    Do you want to make a difference in a child's life?

    Brain Balance is seeking a professional, energetic and organized individual who loves children to fill the Program Director position in our Allen, TX center.

    Position Overview:
    • Must love working with children and has a passion for helping them reach their full potential.
    • Full time applicants must be available between the hours of 10:00-7:30 M-F and occasional Saturdays.
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • assessments of children, overseeing programs,
    • meeting with families to review program results and coach them on lifestyle changes as well as review the progress of their child, oversee coaches that are working with the children, etc.

    Requirements:
    • Detail oriented
    • Excellent communication & social skills
    • Flexible personality
    • Good organizational skills
    • Marketing and sales background or skills (nice to have)
    • Good computer skills
    • Management abilities
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Psychology, human/child development, exercise science, behavioral science, or education background a plus
    • Spanish as a second language would be a great PLUS
    Job Details:
    • Job Type: Full-time
    • Pay discussed at interview ($15 to $20 an hour plus up to 25% bonus)
    • Work Location: On-site at the Allen location.

    • Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays
    Ability to commute/relocate:
    • Allen, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
    Education:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in related field
    Experience:
    • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
