POSITION SNAPSHOT:
Ensure every Guest walks away with a top-notch experience by offering quick, friendly service, and catering to their needs.

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS:

Provide Guests with an unforgettable experience, offering the perfect mix of food, drinks, and games in a setting that screams fun.
Keep your supervisor in the loop about any issues and take necessary corrective actions or suggest solutions.
Set the stage for a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for Guests and Team members.
Follow sanitation protocols set by the company.
Manage your own cash flow, process credit card transactions accurately, and ensure you have enough change to go around.
Monitor Guests for signs of intoxication and handle the situation professionally.
Keep an eye on Guest behavior and alert a Manager when needed.
Mix drinks according to the standard recipes, control costs, and ensure Guests are content.
Maintain cleanliness at your station and assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently.
Greet newly seated Guests promptly and with a friendly attitude.
Take accurate food and drink orders from Guests.
Have a good understanding of the menu to answer any questions about the items and their preparation.
Input orders swiftly and accurately and handle cash transactions at the end of your shift.
Ensure food is well-presented and deliver orders to the bar and other areas as needed.
Work swiftly and efficiently, following the "Full hands in, Full hands out" approach.
Engage in sales incentives and contests to boost revenue and showcase the brand.
Conduct bar inventories and fulfill requisition sheets as required.
Perform opening/closing duties in a timely manner.
Aid in setting up and breaking down for events.
Support other Team members as necessary.
Bus and set tables when needed.
Ensure Guests are satisfied by checking on them after serving food, maintaining their drinks, and promptly addressing their needs.
Foster a positive work environment with your Team members to enhance productivity and morale.
Listen carefully to Guests and communicate effectively with them and Team members.
Keep that smile on your face and maintain a friendly demeanor.
Previous restaurant and/or bar experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills are essential to create enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience.
Must be fluent in English.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times as per the dress code.
Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
