Description

Responsibilities:

Implement ageappropriate lesson plans and curriculum for infant, toddler, and preschool students
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
Assist in providing individualized instruction and support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
Foster a love of learning through engaging activities, games, and handson experiences
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational program
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills

Qualifications:

Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience working with preschoolaged children in a daycare or classroom setting
Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
Experience in literacy education and early intervention strategies is highly desirable
Ability to implement engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and critical thinking
Familiarity with curriculum development and the ability to adapt instructional materials to meet the needs of diverse learners
Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with young children
