Eden Vista Madison is an Assisted Living facility located in
Madison, WI, as a part of the Eden Senior Care network. We are recruiting positive, happy, and reliable full-time
Staffing Coordinator to join our team

In this role you will coordinate and provide staff coverage to ensure that all shifts are staffed adequately to meet the needs of our amazing residents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The nursing scheduler generates, manages and updates master schedules while making adjustments as needed according to budgetary constraints, census fluctuations, call-ins, and pre-planned leaves of absence


Additional duties include:

• Utilizing computer software to prepare, change and update the master schedule
• Develops the daily 24hour staffing sheet for the skilled nursing facility.
• Recruits nursing employees to fill staffing needs
• Reviews requests for paid time off (PTO) and vacation
• Fulfills staffing vacancies in advance to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
• Keeps attendance records and assisting with the progressive disciplinary process if staff members accrue excessive absences and/or tardies
