How you can contribute with us:

  • Support in the registration of products in the field of pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements
  • Preparation of regulatory documents as instructed
  • Application for official documents and their legalization with German authorities and embassies
  • Coordination of translations
  • Maintenance of document management systems and databases
  • Copying and sorting tasks

What you should bring:

  • A valid enrollment certificate
  • Approximately 15 hours per week onsite
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing
  • A structured and accurate way of working, as well as organizational skills
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Strong selfmotivation, willingness to perform, and team spirit
  • Interest in a longterm collaboration
  • A good eye for details
