We are looking for you

Property Manager Residential Properties (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will independently manage our own real estate portfolio (no condominiums, no property management accounting).
You will oversee all aspects of tenant relationships and conduct on-site handovers and inspections.
You will handle correspondence with tenants, contractors, authorities, and service providers.
You will manage service and maintenance contracts.
You will review operating, utility, and heating cost statements and maintain master data.
You will handle rent collection.
You will process insurance claims and create financial plans and reports.
