    The Digital Marketing Manager role, with a focus on paid search and display ads, works closely with internal and agency partners to create compelling and effective digital campaigns. These efforts play a critical role in our multi-channel campaigns driving sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness. This role works closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and actively collaborates with peers responsible for SEO, Social Media, email marketing and websites to deliver fully integrated cohesive campaigns.

    This person will,

    • Own the paid search channels and serve as internal expert across paid search and display.
    • Manage, monitor and report on campaign performance across paid digital channels.
    • Serve as internal expert on best practices and provide strategic direction across paid search and display channels.
    • Actively manage and optimize campaign performance, keywords, geographic targeting and budget in collaboration with internal business areas and agency partners.
    • Closely collaborate across the digital marketing team (SEO, Website, Social Media, etc.) and marketing department to ensure consistency and seamless technical integration.

    Requirements
    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

    Experience

    • 7-10 years of Marketing or advertising agency, database marketing firms, etc. Demonstrated success in many forms of digital and social media marketing including but not limited to content marketing, digital advertising, SEO, PPC, re-targeting, social media, on-line communities & web analytics Required
    • 4-7 years of Digital technologies, website management within a content management system, website and user experience testing and quality assurance tools and e commerce solutions Required
