Your Responsibilities

Management of customer portfolios for selected clients
Creation and verification of master data for investments in all relevant asset classes (Private Equity, Private Debt, Fund Investments, FX transactions) in our core system eFront
Recording or importing of target investment transactions across all mentioned relevant asset classes in the core system eFront, including valuation of target investments
Support in payment processing for existing target investments from the managed customer portfolios
Conducting quality assurance measures, both regularly and irregularly as needed
Independent clarification and reconciliation of data discrepancies with external sources
Close collaboration with other teams in the Operations department and potentially with IT in case of special circumstances for prompt problem-solving
Participation in the automation of controls and regular processes in our core system eFront or other tools used in the Operations department
Support in creating documentation for internal processes

Successfully completed training in banking or investment funds, financial accounting or a bachelor's degree with a focus on finance, business informatics, or similar
First professional experience in the financial services industry or in other industries with relevant connection to financial topics, e.g. through activities in treasury/liquidity management or software development desirable
