    Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

    Summary: Join our team and play a vital role in our commitment to financial excellence. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will lead and work closely with a dedicated team to enhance member satisfaction and community relations, shaping a memorable banking experience for our members.

    Location: Marble Falls, TX

    Schedule:

    • Regular full-time hours between 8:00 AM and 5:30+ PM, Monday through Friday
    • Alternating Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM

    Compensation: Starts at $45,000 annually

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Opening and closing the branch
    • Performing teller functions
    • Assisting members with loans
    • Operating the computer system efficiently
    • Handling security procedures and cash vaults
    • Assisting with various financial services

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervise teller department employees, provide training, and resolve work-related issues.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent, along with 2-3 years of banking experience in a supervisory role, or a similar combination of education and experience.
