Being that we are a collections agency, all the work we do is over the phone. You will have goals that are very easily attainable. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, taking inbound calls, confirming certain info. A cornerstone of our success is talking to people in a
professional, respectful and ethical way at all times.
Experience is not needed. It helps, but if you don't have collections experience we will guide you thru the process to give you every tool you need to succeed

Please make sure that if you submit you resume, you are prepared for an initial over the phone interview. Once that is complete, you will then be interviewed in person at our office. If all goes well, hiring could be immediate and starting your last job the very next day
