- Reconcile inventory counts and conduct root cause analysis of discrepancies.
- Lead the procurement process from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and favorable terms.
- Continuously evaluate and monitor supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of supplier relations and procurement processes.
- Analyze spend and historical data to identify opportunities for expenditure reduction.
- Coordinate best practices in strategic sourcing and procurement aligned with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and performance with commercial suppliers.
- Ensure appropriate communication, reporting, and cooperation with all stakeholders.
- Minimize working capital and inventories.
- Identify key materials for regional sourcing and initiate sourcing discussions with potential business partners.
- Establish production part approval processes and new vendor evaluation programs.
