- Coordinates and supports Project Managers, overseeing the cost reporting for multiple projects, monitoring project budgets to ensure accurate depiction of project costs
- Inputting budgets into corporate systems, providing ongoing forecasting updates and variance analysis, inputting/tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and working collaboratively with project teams throughout project lifecycle
- Providing consistent communication and developing internal/external partnerships.
- Conducting training, providing support, process improvements efforts, and directly interfacing with external contractors/vendors, integrating these parties into overall project budget/schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Construction Management, or Project Management, or related field plus 1 year qualified experience. Associate's degree, 3 years' qualified experience
- Experience should be in planning, cost tracking analysis, forecasting, project budgets, working with accounting principles, project management is a plus if experience is heavy in finance.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial analytical work history
- Financial backgrounds. Budgeting, Accounting and Forecasting skill sets.
