Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional service throughout the customer's experience.
Communicating effectively inperson & over the phone to discover the customer's wants and needs.
Selling AND Closing a customer based on their wants and needs
Facilitating steps of the sale, such as the showing our value proposition, going over photos and layout with customers, design consults as needed, learning their long term and short
Maintaining a working knowledge of our products and appropriately recommending them to our valued customers.
Navigating and using various provided computer programs as selling tools.
Seeking out opportunities for selfdevelopment, participating in training, and welcoming feedback.
Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating excellent teamwork.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

We are looking for employees who enjoy the selling process, have the ability to close sales confidently, and have excellent customer interaction ability.
2+ years of successful commission sales experience
Ability to operate in a fastpaced environment.
Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to work in a nonair conditioned environment
This position requires weekends and may require other duties as assigned, and the responsibilities may vary by location.
Must have a valid license, with a clean driving record
Complete/pass Criminal background check

Education:

BS or equivalent

Physical requirements/Working conditions:

Primarily working in a basic office environment: ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects up to 50 lbs.

Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in possibly extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind.

OTHER:

Subject to MVR and criminal background check.
Must be available to work on weekends.

Potential Compensation:
$80, $100,000.00 per year
