Bear Down Brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Reporting and Analytics.

This role designs, implements, and automates reporting solutions by partnering with stakeholders to advise in their design, planning, and implementation while ensuring consistency and coherency; evaluating and summarizing data and results; creating summary statistics; designing data reports, visualizations; identifying needs for the development and implementation of additional reporting solutions; and preparing documentation as appropriate.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Drives the execution of creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes across functional areas, business and/or product lines.
  • Prepares data for analytic efforts by integrating and consolidating data; ensuring data quality and accuracy; profiling data inaccuracies and recommending process improvements or system changes to enhance overall quality of the data; collaborating with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues as appropriate; and cleaning and creating final data set(s) for analysis.
  • Gathers data and information on targeted variables by validating data sources; querying, merging, and extracting data across internal and external sources; completing routine data refresh and update.
  • Develop, execute, and analyze standard and adhoc reports to support short
- and long-term business and operations planning.

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and methods to improve efficiencies with analysis; supporting and training endusers; and documenting processes and deliverables.

Skills and Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and related financial issues with exceptional mathematical and analytical abilities
  • Strong understanding of the endtoend Demand and Supply Planning processes
  • Ability to summarize and highlight key findings from all analysis performed for senior management review.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office package (specifically Excel Macros, Queries, advanced formulas)
  • Experience with Apprise (or equivalent ERP system) is preferred.
  • Demonstrable capability to analyze and collect data, including crossreference data validation with critical attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage in multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Salary Range:


$80,000 DOE:


Actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and relevant job & industry experience.


Location:

This position will be working a hybrid-flex schedule in our Santa Ana office.
