Campaign Marketing Associate Position Summary:

The Campaign Marketing Associate collaborates in the development and implementation of promoting products, services, or initiatives.

This role combines creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to drive successful marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives and target audience.


What You'll Be Doing as a Campaign Marketing Associate:


  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and target audience with Campaign Marketing Manager.
  • Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify opportunities to effectively position the campaign.
  • Define campaign goals, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and track performance.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Create and manage campaign plans, and timelines ensuring all activities are executed within the defined scope and resources.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as creative, content, and digital, to develop and deliver compelling campaign assets and messaging.
  • Content Development and Optimization:
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and persuasive campaign content, including copy, visuals, videos, and other creative assets.
  • Optimize campaign content for different channels and target segments, ensuring consistency and relevancy across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify content performance trends and make datadriven optimizations.
  • Measurement, Reporting, and Optimization:
  • Track and analyze campaign performance against established KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and implement datadriven optimizations to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product management, sales, and customer support, to align campaign strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate campaign progress, results, and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management, to drive alignment and support.
  • Consistently meet company and department policies and expectations including those surrounding attendance.
  • Comply with all federal, state, accreditation and institutional policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality standards and expectations.

What You'll Bring to the Team as a Campaign Marketing Associate:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in campaign marketing, to include digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment for SaaS or other technology.
  • Proficiency and experience in HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign management software, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective campaign strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and datadriven mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and make databacked recommendations.
