    The Lilly Primary Care Territory Managers will be responsible for selling in a changing health care environment, applying critical thinking and a strategic approach to understand the environment (payer, health systems, business) and gaining access to the customers to make an impact on patients' lives.

    ResponsibilitiesTerritory ManagementDevelops a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape and utilizes appropriate business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs.

    Account ManagementSystematically navigates the everchanging healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders to become a trusted partner.
    SELLING SKILLS / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCEDialogue AgilityActively listens and adapts to verbal and non-verbal customer prompts throughout the call.
    Medical IntegrityDemonstrates high learning agility to understand clinical information / disease state, our product portfolio, and the therapeutic marketplace.
    Uses this information to engage with every member of an office / account.
    Selling SkillsPromotes the entire product portfolio by planning for and engaging in a patient centered dialogue with customers.
    Utilizes our selling model prior to and during conversations with customers to help them identify appropriate patients.

    EXECUTION / RESULTSSales ActivityUtilizes all business analytic resources available to meet the needs of customers and achieve sales goals while acting in a manner consistent with all internal policies and procedure and PhRMA code.

    Partner CollaborationCollaborate effectively with others both field facing and internal peers to create a coordinated and positive customer experience.

    Basic QualificationsBachelor's degreeProfessional certification or license required to perform this position (if required by a specific state)Valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordLegally authorized to be employed in the United States.

    Additional PreferencesTwo or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after completion of an undergraduate college degree.

    Other work experience following the completion of undergraduate degree, or a graduate degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, PharmD)Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results.

    Account based selling experience. Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts.
    Strong learning agility, self-motivated, team focused, emotionally intelligent and influential.
    Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needsMust live within 30-miles of territory boundary.
