MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.What You Can Expect:
Provide primary care for patients in your community
Staff clinical sessions at medical centers during clinic hours of 8a-5pm, with approximately 4 to 4 working hours per clinical session
Work a consistent schedule of either 3 or 4 days in clinic and enjoy either one full day OR two days off
No weekend work, no call schedule, no rotations
Daily dedicated admin time
Document visit notes and post-visit summaries in EPIC EMR
Treat patients in clinic via in-person, video and phone appointments
Minimum Requirements:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Eligible
Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants
MAPMG Physicians:
Practice patient-centered, culturally competent medical care
Communicate thoughtfully (listen, educate, advocate)
Lead with integrity
