As an independent insurance broker for the construction and real estate industry, AIC and our subsidiary, AIC Swiss AG, specialize in complex planning, construction, and real estate risks in the D-A-CH region, as well as international large-scale projects (some in the billion-dollar range).

Since 1998, our team of insurance specialists, technical underwriters, civil engineers, multilingual contract specialists, and lawyers have been representing the interests of our clients.

AIC is a family-owned company, which gives us the freedom to think long-term.

Unlike large insurance corporations, we are able to quickly develop and implement complex insurance solutions for our clients. Our flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes, and the expertise of our employees help us in this endeavor.

We are currently seeking insurance professionals (m/f/d) to join our specialized departments (in-house), on a permanent and full-time/part-time basis, preferably at our locations in Berlin, Munich, Reinbek, or Cologne, alternatively also nationwide in a home office setting.
