Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers promptly; gather vehicle and client information
• Assess vehicle needs based on its history and condition, and recommend services
• Explain technical details and service recommendations to customers in clear terms
• Prepare detailed estimates for parts and labor, prioritizing transparency
• Update customers on service progress and manage service timelines
• Ensure billing accuracy and conduct thorough delivery reviews with customers
• Build lasting relationships to enhance customer loyalty and referrals
• Work collaboratively to uphold a positive team environment

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, experience with Subaru is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professional conduct
• Effective communication skills, proficiency in Reynolds and Reynolds a plus
• Ability to manage a fastpaced work setting and maintain motivation
• Consistent work history, valid driver's license, and a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass preemployment screenings (background check and drug test)
