Staffing Coordinator - Elk Grove Village, United States - Safeway Transportation
Description
Ensuring that all staffing decisions comply with company policies and regulatory standards.- Assisting with employee recruitment
- Maintaining daily staffing reports and providing weekly updates to management.
- Coordinating with multiple departments: Training, Safety, Dispatch/routing, and the rest of the recruitment team.
- Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding packets and an office tour.
- Introducing new hires to their team members and trainers.
- Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, permits etc.
- Detailing all new hires' initial tasks and answering any queries.
- Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires.
Pay:
From $52,000.00 per year
