- Recruit and hire management-level store personnel to maintain adequate staffing levels
- Maximize store profitability by overseeing sales, gross profit, margins, shrink, payroll, and expenses
- Manage multi-unit operations to promote teamwork, safety, and exceptional customer service
- Minimum 2 years of successful multi-unit store management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of convenience store and restaurant operations
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce
- 2+ years of multi-unit retail experience
- Knowledge of convenience, restaurant, or grocery retail programs
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
- Clean driving record
- Must be adaptable to change and have strong organizational skills
