Are you a dedicated customer service representative, call center agent, or salesperson in Fairland, OK?

If so, we would love to have you join our team and handle the telephone support for our existing customers

Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for our existing customers via phone

Handle customer service tasks ranging from general inquiries to contract renewals and cross-selling

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Qualifications:
Enjoy interacting with customers

Have a pleasant phone voice

Previous experience in a call center or similar customer service role is preferred, but we also welcome those with no experience

Reliability, friendliness, and flexibility with scheduling
