ETS Transport & Logistics GmbH is a medium-sized freight forwarding company based in Damascus, MD. We specialize in handling sea freight, air freight, and distribution logistics. With 20 years in the market, we are continuously growing. Our main focus is on import from Asia and export to North and South America.

We are currently seeking a new team member (m/f/d) for our air freight department to handle import and export operations.

Responsibilities:

Correspondence with our global clients and service partners
Receiving, reviewing, and processing orders from A to Z
Customs clearance using ATLAS
Creating quotes and negotiating rates with various transportation providers

Qualifications:

Commercial training as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist
Ideally with previous experience in air freight import and export
Proficiency in MS Office/Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Reliable and precise work ethic
Valid reliability check and air cargo security training according to Chapter desirable
Excellent written and spoken German skills
Good to excellent English skills
