We are looking for a talented Plant Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Manages and leads a cross functional team to ensure speed, dependability and efficiency in plant operations.

+ Leads and develops relationships to meet customer needs.

+ Manages and leads all plant functions to meet deliverables and drive improvements.

+ Leads the use of Cummins values, processes and procedures, including promoting the right environment.

+ Coaches and develops plant staff.

+ Develops the strategy, goals, and deliverables for the entire plant.

+ Leads the impacts between the plant and the overall Supply Chain.

+ Manages the community involvement.

+ Drives internal cross-functional interactions.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications**

+ College, university, or equivalent degree required.

+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

**Additional Information**

+ Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.

+ Manufacturing Leadership Experience preferred.

+ Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining operational discipline required.

+ 5 years experience in Management and in Manufacturing

+ Will be responsible for leading all of the manufacturing activities of the De Pere Upfit Plant

**Compensation and Benefits**

Base salary rate commensurate with experience, range: $114,400-171, Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidates qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
