We are looking for a talented Plant Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing in Green Bay, Wisconsin.


In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manages and leads a cross functional team to ensure speed, dependability and efficiency in plant operations.
  • Leads and develops relationships to meet customer needs.
  • Manages and leads all plant functions to meet deliverables and drive improvements.
  • Leads the use of Cummins values, processes and procedures, including promoting the right environment.
  • Coaches and develops plant staff.
  • Develops the strategy, goals, and deliverables for the entire plant.
  • Leads the impacts between the plant and the overall Supply Chain.
  • Manages the community involvement.
  • Drives internal crossfunctional interactions.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Additional Information

  • Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, budgetary, and crossfunctional experience, required.
  • Manufacturing Leadership Experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining operational discipline required.
  • 5 years experience in Management and in Manufacturing
  • Will be responsible for leading all of the manufacturing activities of the De Pere Upfit Plant
