Description

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities
• Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, including teaching new skills and reducing challenging behaviors
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make datadriven decisions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
• Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical documentation and records

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
• Proficient in data collection and analysis methods
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans based on assessment results
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
