This position is based in Southern California and involves travel across California & Hawaii (not a bad place to work, as some might say).


What YOU will do:

Adopt and provide world-class technician training to improve the delivery of a five-star in-home experience.

Personally coach and support leaders to equip them with the tools and resources needed to enhance the training and development of technicians.

Conduct in-home job shadowing to understand the end user experience for continuous improvement to ensure that the training is relevant and up to date.

Obtain full buy-in and support from the entire leadership team to foster a culture of performance.

Pay Transparency:


Pay:
$120, $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 100% travel
  • Up to 75% travel

Experience:


  • Staff training: 4 years (required)
  • Sales: 4 years (required)
  • B2B: 4 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Anaheim, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
