We are currently seeking a new team member to support our team in Gladbeck / Ruhrgebiet.

You can expect
:


  • All tasks related to our "backoffice" operations, including scheduling and organizing appointments, maintaining Excel lists for project managers, preparing invoices for our clients, and invoice verification
  • Assisting project managers with their daily tasks, including inputting and verifying working hours for our employees
  • General administrative tasks for the Gladbeck location
  • This position is for 2030 hours per week, and the schedule can be flexible to accommodate the needs of the applicant

You bring
:


  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Previous experience in a secretarial or backoffice role is
