These opportunities await you:
You will be responsible for processing and handling all return requests (customer contacts, internal processes, and contracts). You will provide information on technical and legal issues (e.g. regarding measurement concepts, network connection points, protection concepts, feed-in management, self-consumption, TAB, EEG, etc.).
