YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Professional and friendly support for internal and external customers, guests, and service providers, as well as the telephone switchboard in German and English
  • Booking conference rooms and assisting with the preparation of events and meetings
  • Issuing access cards for new employees and day passes for visitors
  • Issuing technical equipment (loan pool) and materials for workshops/trainings, etc.
