Applicants must have flexible availability to work all shifts
:Mornings, Evenings, Overnight, and Weekends shifts are required.

  • Porter duties include, but are not limited to:_
  • General cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming the floors and staircases;
  • Glass cleaning;
  • Pulling Garbage; Cleaning the Compactor; Clearing snow and ice from sidewalk and driveway (During winter months); Detail cleaning in vacant apartments
  • Complete work orders as needed
  • Miscellaneous assignments/projects assigned by Building Management or Superintendent
  • Minimum Qualifications:_
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Positive and attentive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Applicants must be punctual, reliable and consistent team player
  • Prior experience working within luxury residential buildings preferred
