Responsibilities:
- Maintain ongoing communication with key buyers from major brands
- Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating logistics and handling all necessary paperwork
- Maintain uptodate inventory records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Identify customer buying trends and provide feedback to production teams, design team, and Director
- Maintain organized company order details and buyer notes
- Track import timelines from factory to meet approval deadlines
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Efficient multitasker with strong organizational skills
- Keen eye for trendy fashion
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Experience in managing sales orders and coordinating logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
