Responsibilities:


  • Maintain ongoing communication with key buyers from major brands
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating logistics and handling all necessary paperwork
  • Maintain uptodate inventory records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Identify customer buying trends and provide feedback to production teams, design team, and Director
  • Maintain organized company order details and buyer notes
  • Track import timelines from factory to meet approval deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Efficient multitasker with strong organizational skills
  • Keen eye for trendy fashion
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Experience in managing sales orders and coordinating logistics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
