For our highly motivated team in the Public Sector division, we are looking for your smart mind at one of our locations in Berlin, Bonn, Borchen, Dresden, Eschborn, Essen, Hamburg, Hannover, Ilmenau, Munich, Siegen or Stuttgart as soon as possible.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for the installation of secunet products (especially VPN and firewall) for our national clients.
You will also be the contact person for our clients for technical problems and questions and
support our clients in the operation and support of complex solutions (proactive maintenance, handling of disruptions and change requests).
You will support our project team in installation and rollout phases.

Your profile

Education: You have completed a relevant technical apprenticeship, preferably as an IT specialist. Alternatively, you have several years of professional experience in the IT sector.
