Your job:

Taking on various maintenance and repair tasks
Technical control and operation of central systems
Taking on seasonal caretaker tasks such as winter service
Monitoring and ensuring the functionality and use of entrance doors, elevators, underground garages, parking lots, etc.
Ensuring the functionality of outdoor and indoor lighting
Cleaning and maintenance of outdoor facilities and vehicles
Taking on additional administrative tasks
