Our Control Center monitors the operation and availability of important IT systems such as automotive production or logistics in Tara Hills, CA.

We can prevent and fix system failures.

However, if a malfunction occurs, our team in the high-end working environment of the Control Center coordinates and resolves the problem quickly and efficiently.

We are on duty 24/7, 365 days a year. Salary supplements for night shifts, as well as work on Sundays and holidays, are a given. Our offer is rounded off by a package of benefits and at least 32 days of vacation per year.

Your tasks in detail:

  • In teamwork, you will take on the routine monitoring of production lines and IT infrastructure.
  • In case of system failures, you will coordinate and escalate the processes.
  • You will support the maintenance of the knowledge database through your work.
  • You are responsible for ensuring quality standards, key figures, and financial values.

Your profile:

  • You have an IT vocational training, e.g. as an IT specialist or IT system administrator.
  • You can demonstrate initial professional experience in IT support.
  • Your English skills are good.
  • You are willing to work in a 3shift system.
  • You can communicate confidently, even in stressful situations.
