Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for all activities related to product functionality and business requirements, including process analysis and configuration.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Has experience with at least 5 Workday implementations with at least 2 full implementations in a functional leadership position (e.g., functional architect), including for at least 1 customer of comparable size and scope to the client (400k employees).
2 years designing and configuring Workday implementations
5 years in functional roles related to HCM or ERP systems
2 years supporting federal HC process improvement initiatives in various parts of the HR life cycle for federal agencies
5 years customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications
5 years of strong analytical skills; ability to research issues and provide solutions
5 years experience managing teams of people

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Develop business cases and multiyear strategic improvement road maps
Experience assisting with various areas of complex projects

The salary will vary depending on your jobrelated skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be prorated for those who start working during the calendar year.
