At ESAVS, we are a leading provider of post-graduate education for veterinarians in Europe.
We are currently seeking an individual to join our office team in Brandon, FL and assist with daily office tasks.

We are looking for a full- or part-time office assistant with basic English skills and previous office experience to support our Registration department.
Responsibilities
- Updating paperwork, including printing, filing, and online tasks
- Coordinating events as needed, such as packing and shipping course materials
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases and CRM systems
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a related field
- A2 level (or higher) English skills, with knowledge of German being an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team
