Description

• Create food consistent with Jersey Mike's high quality standards
• Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
• Interact with customers and provide an exceptional experience
• Full understanding of the terms accountability and integrity
• Participate in both Training Center programs, typically Wednesday and Thursday evening from 5:30pm8:30pm (Training Center is in the back of our Jersey Mike's located at 11413 Midlothian Turnpike)

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be hardworking, trustworthy and reliable
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fastpaced work environment
• Able to work flexible hours (but can be full or parttime.)

• Demonstrate excellent menu and product knowledge
• Desire to improve self and skill sets
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and have an awesome personality
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer

• Capability to stand for long periods of time on hard surfaces
• Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
• Frequent, repetitive motion of shoulder and elbow to operate the slicer (_if 18 and older only_)
• Be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
