    Acquisitions Agent Position at AJX Homes

    If you're enthusiastic about flipping homes and enjoy assembling deals while having a good time, we have the perfect opportunity for you as an Acquisitions Agent at AJX Homes.

    In this role, you'll have the chance to be social and get rewarded for it. You can live the excitement of flipping houses without bearing all the financial risks typically involved.     As a residential real estate investment firm focusing on buying from motivated homeowners, we operate in energetic markets like Jacksonville and Tampa, Florida; San Diego, California; Greater Nashville, Tennessee; and San Antonio, Texas. Our efficient back-office CRM system allows for remote work flexibility.

    Job Details:

    • Commission-based position with high earning potential
    • Potential earnings between $100,000 to $150,000 annually

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in Real Estate Networking Events
    • Build relationships with Wholesalers and Real Estate Agents
    • Identify Fixer-Upper Properties for acquisition
    • Analyze properties to determine remodeling and resale profitability
    • Follow up on prospective properties
    • Collaborate effectively with team members
    • Negotiate optimal sales prices
    • Evaluate property value and condition using market data

    Requirements:

    • No real estate license needed
    • Must reside in Jacksonville, FL for in-person meetings
    • Prior experience in property valuation in Jacksonville, FL
    • Sales background is advantageous
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Positive and growth-oriented mindset
