Experienced BDC Representatives to join their team Experience a plus but we will train the right person.

40 Hour Work Week with some nights. Saturdays and/or Sundays are necessary

$50,000-$80,000/year based upon experience

BDC Responsibilities include:

  • Answering all incoming calls to the department and scheduling appointments
  • Answering all internet inquiries to facilitate appointments into the dealership
  • Making phone calls to customers after they have visited the showroom to find out about their experience
  • Maintains accurate sales documentation in CRM
  • Maintains uptodate knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
  • Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned

BDC Qualifications:

  • Must have a clear, articulate, and pleasant speaking voice
  • Must be a selfstarter
  • Customer service and/or telephone contact experience
  • Must be dependable and report to work every day on time
  • Must be friendly and upbeat and like talking on the phone helping people find answers to their questions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multitask
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills a plus (writing and speaking)
  • Excellent followup skills
  • Dependable and compliant in following assigned work schedule, which will include evening and Saturday hours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, management, and others
  • Must be a "people person" but still know how to control the conversation
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Proficient computer and internet skills
  • Sales experience a plus (any industry)
