Job Overview:
Thrive Communities is seeking a Program Lead for our Naples community. This position is in person on Mondays and Wednesdays, beginning in August and running through May. We are a supplemental program for homeschoolers, offering classes in History, Science, Literature and Art. The Program Lead is the face of the community, interfacing with parents and students and overseeing teachers.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee a team of enthusiastic educators
  • Lead recess and lunch time events
  • Oversee the morning and afternoon check in and out process
  • Plan events and activities
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and students
  • Provide guidance and support to staff in handling classroom situations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Classroom teaching experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to build positive relationships with individuals served, families, staff, and community partners
We offer competitive compensation. This role is for a two day per week program.
